| We run Workstation Backups every Monday & Wednesday night remotely. | ||
| Friday Night we make a backup of any changes to your data since the Last Transfer | ||
| Then we transfer a copy of all of the updated data to our system. | ||
| Updated Data Transfers are performed once a week. | ||
| Every 2 Months, we visit your location and Refresh our Complete Data Image. | ||
| Advantages to our Workstation Backup Service | ||
| A Backup of your Data will be kept at your Location and at Our Location. | ||
| Backups are performed and monitored by a Computer Professional. | ||
| All Backups take place after Normal Business hours. | ||
| Our Monthly Rate does not increase as you accumulate more data. | ||
| If you need to restore any data Our Computer Pro. can restore your Data remotely | ||
| If your PC is unable to even boot, We will arrive at your Location and help | ||
| you troubleshoot what is wrong with your PC. | ||
| If it was a hardware problem, we would help you find out exactly which part is needed | ||
| to be replaced, and from where you could get it. | ||
| Once you have purchased your replacement part, we will install the part for you at | ||
| no additional charge to your monthly rate. You will receive Free Labor to Repair the PC. | ||
| Your only extra charge will be the price to purchase the part. | ||
| Places our clients normally pick up their replacement parts include | ||
| Office Depot, Staples, Best Buy, Dell.com ,or CDW.com | ||

| All of the Advantages of the Workstation Backup Service are included in the Server Plan. | ||
| The exception are : | ||
| Server Backups happen every Night Monday-Friday after hours. | ||
| We visit your location and Refresh our Complete Data Image Every Week. | ||
| FYI: The Weekly Image Refresh takes the place of the remote data transfers. | ||

| Due to the Extra Issues that are involved with Servers, we need to inspect your server & network , | ||
